The After-School Classroom Facilitator (Bilingual Spanish/English) will oversee students in daily after-school and summer programs at Harvest Hands. The assigned primary location will be either Harvest Hands Harding or Harvest Hands Whitsitt, with occasional presence at Harvest Hands Napier required (for meetings, etc.). The After-School Classroom Facilitator creates an empowering and safe space for Kindergarten-5th grade students from all walks of life by working alongside the Program Lead to plan and implement holistic daily activities including but not limited to education, healthy living, spiritual formation, and economic development.
This is a part-time, hourly position (20-25 hours/week). After-School Classroom Facilitators are required to work Monday-Friday, approximately 2pm-6pm every day in the fall and spring, with adjusted hours (approximately 8am-3pm) in the summer. Professional development days plus occasional nights and weekends will also be required.

Position Overview
The IT intern will play an important role in researching ways to optimize the software we use
and identifying new software options. The primary responsibility will be researching software
capabilities and functionality of software already in use and presenting those findings to the
Senior Manager of Process Improvement. This position will start 08/26/24 and end 11/28/24
Interns are required to work a minimum of 12 hours per week.

Position Overview
The Development team is responsible for seeking and managing funding
opportunities for our social enterprise and programs. Harvest Hands CDC is a
nonprofit organization that relies on several revenue streams, including but
not limited to fundraising events, individual donors, major gifts, grants, and
the sale of goods and services, to support our mission. Working directly with
the Senior Manager of Development this person will work on projects related
to grant writing, fundraising events, donor communications, data collection,
and sponsorships.
Essential Job Functions
Intern Responsibilities
● Assist with prospecting and research
● Assist with donor acknowledgement process, including drafting donor
communications
● Assist with fundraising events and giving days
● Additional duties as directed by the Development team
Internship Schedule
● 12 to 40 hours per week
● Interns must commit to a minimum of 12 hours per week for the
duration of the summer.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following professional qualifications:
1. A strong and clearly observable commitment to the Christian faith and a
strong commitment to Christian Community Development.
2. A sense of vocational calling to the work of Harvest Hands.
3. Strong commitment to Harvest Hands employee values: integrity, hospitality,
humility, positivity, and responsibility.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. High School Diploma or Equivalent. Preferred completion of at least 2 years of college.
6. Experience working in development, fundraising, marketing, communication,
or data management preferred
7. Able to work efficiently and independently
