Humphreys Street started as an after-school program in South Nashville providing leadership development opportunities to teens in under-resourced communities.

Today, it is a thriving social enterprise led by former students and has helped over a thousand more by teaching them how to be entrepreneurs and change agents in their own neighborhoods. Students carefully train to create our products with the utmost care — hand-roasted coffee, hand-made soaps, and even innovating to create new products. In addition to working in production, students are employed at our three coffee shop locations–Wedgewood Houston, Broadway and Bridgestone Arena.

When you purchase any of our products, all the profits are reinvested into this program, creating more jobs, providing mentorship opportunities and teaching skills that empower youth to be our next generation of leaders.
